Single-process colour, grey blending, gloss and colour correction — mixed to your hair rather than pulled off a shelf. Whether you want your natural shade richer, your greys softened, or a previous colour fixed, it's formulated in the chair.

What's included

• Root colour and full-length refresh as needed
• Gloss or toner to control tone, shine and warmth
• Grey coverage or grey blending — full opacity or something softer, your call

Colour correction

Box dye, a colour that went brassy, banding from years of the same formula — these are fixable, but they're their own service. Correction is always quoted after a consultation, because the honest answer depends on what's actually on your hair.
