Everything below is how we keep each visit calm, on time and fair to every guest. Questions before you book? Text us.
Cancellations
Plans change — just give us as much notice as you can so we can offer your time to someone on the waitlist.
Extra Guests
To keep the studio calm and focused, we ask that you come solo unless a companion is truly essential.
Text-Only Communication
The fastest way to reach us is by text. We'll reply the moment we're between guests.
Booking & Deposits
Some services ask for a small deposit to hold the chair; it simply applies to your final total.
Late Arrivals
A few minutes late is fine — past a short grace window we may need to adjust or rebook the service.
Adjustments & Refunds
Love your hair, or tell us within a week and we'll happily fine-tune it. Service fees aren't refundable.
Right to Refuse Service
We may decline or end a service to keep the studio safe and respectful for everyone in it.
